Update on a property stock choice.

CI (2.36) , one of my 2 property stock choices the other one being AP, is showing off their new project this Sunday at Paragon. " BABA beach".
After their hugely successful SriPawna existing hotel and upgrade, here is their next project in still growing Phuket. The company has a number of projects on going which I outlined in my company report later last year. Bangkok resident/members may want to go look at this at Paragon on May 31 and talk to the people there...and share here their own opinions, below this article .
Thai's and expats' may want to go and check it out for themselves, as I plan to. CI also has impressive condo's in construction and final stages in HuaHin. The company late last year has announced a share buy back program. CI stock has recently traded more active and moved up nearly 10% evenwhile the SET has been sold off to just below 1500.
PHUKET remains a growth market, not least due to the mega infrastructure spending already in place and on going. A new sort of mini-sky train will be built from the Airport all the way to Chalong, great news. The new Airport is half finished, the 8 story (?) parking structure already a great relieve and operating at near capacity. Major over and under passes are at various forms of completion... The one by Central Shopping center already finished and the traffic improvement noticeable. A tunnel to Patong, still on the list.
Unlike some unseasoned may think, Thailand has great engineering talent and if the will and budget is there, they can build impressive/quality structures/roads/airports etc.. Many long residents think the island will grow north and the beaches (while secluded) just north of the Airport and into the mainland are among the best anywhere. BABA beach has a Chinese partner.
