How DELTA stock crowds out the SET market here.

Here is how seniors of one broker answered me, when I asked why is DELTA not T1 or T2 SET flagged, as its over speculated on:

"DELTA can surge without hitting T1 because:
-The activity is not considered abnormal yet
-Volume and trading behavior are still within acceptable ranges
As a large-cap stock, higher volatility is more “normal”
“T1 is typically applied when:
- There is excessive speculative trading,  Investors rely heavily on margin or credit
- If these conditions aren’t met, T1 won’t be imposed."

Here is how I answered back, while not holding my breath:
1)  DELTA stock is regularly the most active and often trades twice as much in Baht volume, as the next most active stock. Wow.
2)  DELTA is way overvalued at p/e 140 and likely has huge margin-buying, which is not disclosed .
3)  DELTA with is massive over-dominance for so long on the SET index movement....its so increasingly crowding-out the rest of the Thai stock market here while generating big commissions to the brokers, but not helping the industry, the SET nor its rational investors.
The whole investor world now knows how the Thai SET is the DELTA driven  market -and not much more....so worth ignoring?
