Introduction

A stock in solid finance theory is worth the present value (PV) of all its future dividends. US stocks have a dismal record/habit overall in providing high dividend yields to its shareholders.  Instead its entrenched modus operandi is "aggrandizement" ,at all cost.  As the bigger a company the higher the total compensation of its CEO's -and down from there. So right there is a real conflict of interest to its shareholders.

US stocks are now more overvalued then in a long time...I think more then ever!  So its all about comparative values. Is it not. China has delivered a quasi Democracy over the past 20 which delivered, vs US increasingly less so.  China top leader just recently said "we are not the US, nor do we want to become like the US. China does not pursue hegemony, or practice power politics. China has the best record on peace and security among all major countries."   True enough.

I'd rather invest in that kind of disposition and mindset then the US, which has increasingly become over the past years, well just the opposite. Consider also its the US which threatens China/Taiwan and the China Sea, by continued selling weapons to Taiwan -even while the US long ago agreed to the one China policy. What would happen if China sold high end weapons to say Hawaii?  Just saying.
