LVT' business is briks but their reporting to shareholders are confusing. Here is how one member saw it: "Yes, it is bizarre. Perhaps it's constitutional curmudgeonliness, or calculated. I don't know but their communication skills (or will) stink. Still, LVT is undervalued..."
My view is the large offering is only there meant to scare investors away, so the manipulators can accumulate more on the still very LVT cheap stock price. Also, beware this has happened in the past and with many other companies.

The just newly updated shareholder list of LVT reveals some positives, in that the seller is known to me and not of concern, while the prinicipals in the company actually increased their exposure.
