Thai smaller capitalized growth companies here often yield around 5-7% in annual cash dividends besides some often very good overall capital appreciation in time. These firms are likely to keep growing earnings' wise, as compared to the domestic and global economy.

A short letter to our first time visitors. Here is a general introduction and summary of membership -and a bit of who we are and what I stand for. April 30 '10 marked our 13th year anniversary!

MAI stands for Market for Alternative Investing, but the reality is that it has stood for superior investments, and I think this theme will continue in year 2008. Wake-up and smell the coffee is my message going into year 2008.

Here I review some of the raw stat's on the MAI as the year 2007 comes to a close. The numbers tell it all.

As exactly first published on February 14 ’07, for members only. One month later we made this report available for to all viewers. Demco soared well over 60% in price since, at which time I started viewing this selection with a "take profits". Recently this stock corrected back to below 5 Baht, where I visited this company in person again in mid November 2007. Demco’s business is a growth industry and one for many years to go, as electricity demands are ever more used & complex, and in all kinds of new applications. This company should so benefit for years to come. The company now is making some meaningfull synergistic expansions...

So called 'top down' investing, as practiced vigorously by the global institutions has been in full swing in emerging markets for more then a decade! This practice has given rise to immense and continuously increasing stock market pricing distortions and inefficiencies.

With global interest rates at low levels individual investors here in Thailand and around the World are rightly so catching on in seeking yield on investments.

The mid to smaller companies are overall the long proven premium choices: as these mostly often have less volatile stock prices, much higher cash dividends and above average earnings growth. This is a complete reversal as compared to the U.S. or Europe, where larger companies are associated with stableness besides attractive dividends and smaller growth companies pay no or very little in dividends.
